We’re here to help. Submitting an online claim is easy: simply login to MyCover and follow the steps under “Make a Claim” and we’ll take care of the rest. If it’s not covered by your policy, we’ll direct you to reliable support you can trust.

What you’ll need

Tell us about your claim - what and when it happened - and we’ll get you sorted. You can upload photos of lost item receipts or damage but these aren’t necessary to process your claim.
