Frontier acts as an administrator of insurance companies to arrange and administer contracts of insurance. Acting as an administrator means for each product We sell We act for one provider offering that to You on a non-advised basis. This service is provided through our website that is available any time for you to obtain quotes or update your cover. If you need to make a claim this is also done through the same service. We are remunerated by commission received from insurers.

Payments can be made in full by debit card, credit card, ApplePay or via a monthly instalment facility which is subject to acceptance. Once your premium has been processed it is held in a secure client account before being passed to the relevant insurance company. There are no administration fees to make amendments to a policy, which you can do at any time. You can also cancel a policy at any time. For those who have paid in full and no claim has been made, upon cancellation we will return the amount of the premium equal to the proportion of time remaining to the expiry of the policy. Any policy set-up charge / deposit amount shown when You purchase a policy is non-refundable as this goes part-way to covering the non-recoverable costs we incur when first setting up your policy. There are no refunds on any monthly amounts paid. For specific cancellation terms for anyone paying via monthly instalments refer to the relevant documentation once a quote has been obtained. If any monthly instalment payment is not made the loan provider will charge you up to £25 plus the failed payment amount to re-attempt collection up to 10 days later. If this payment fails a further attempt will be made up to 10 days later with the additional up to £25 charge. If that fails and arrears are not settled within 2 days directly with the lender Your policy will be cancelled from the date cover has been paid up to. If You are paying by direct debit and You cancel Your direct debit mandate before all payments have been collected We need email or text confirmation from You within five days of Us notifying you by email that we can reinstate it. If this is not received We will cancel the policy from the date cover has been paid up to. If You make a claim before all payments have been collected We reserve the right to request full payment of the outstanding balance on the loan before commencing with the claim. If a policy is cancelled within five working days of the next direct debit payment that payment will be collected otherwise no further payments will be due.

To ensure we have the necessary facts to assess your insurance risk, verify your identity, to help prevent fraud and to provide you with our best premium and payment options we may obtain information from third parties including a quotation search from a credit reference agency. This search is a soft credit check, which is an initial look at certain information on your credit report. These searches aren’t visible to companies – so they have no impact on your credit score or any future credit applications you might make. Only you can see them on your report and it doesn’t matter how many there are.

Within a month of your policy expiring we will email you with full details of the price, terms and cover for the subsequent year. This will contain a link to take up the renewal offer. To prevent this email going into a spam folder, please add support@email.frontierinsurance.co.uk to your email contacts. Where possible you will receive a text to let you know we have sent your renewal email. If we are unable to offer a renewal of your policy we will advise this by email 21 days before cover expires.

It is essential that you answer all our questions honestly as this could affect the outcome of a claim that you make or lead to cancellation of your policy. ny changes should be made by you as soon as they happen at frontierinsurance.co.uk/mycover/login.
