Regulatory

Frontier is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 630440 as an insurance intermediary. We act as an administrator of insurance companies and underwrite policies on their behalf. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, reference ZA011376.

Cancellation of policies

Any policy purchased has a right to a 14 day cooling off period. We allow you to cancel any time and get a refund of any premium not used if no claim has been made.

If a set-up fee was shown when you purchased these are non-refundable as they go part of the way to cover the costs we incur when you purchase.
