Shambolic system, broken promises, and radio silence—avoid! Absolute nightmare experience. I purchased a policy, but the generated contract papers were broken with programming errors ("NaN" text codes). I raised this with Frontier, and on 8th of September, they explicitly got back to me promising they would fix the error. They completely failed to do so. Following that promise, they cut off all contact, left their portal broken, and went completely radio silent. Because they refused to fix the contract or communicate, I had no choice but to serve a formal Notice of Cancellation on 17 September before the policy even started. They have completely ignored my cancellation and are withholding my £232.75 premium for a service that never even began. They have zero customer service phone lines. I have been forced to log a formal chargeback dispute through HSBC just to claw my money back from them. Avoid this company at all costs.

What a breath of fresh air Frontier are. Ive been buying home insurance for 45 years and this has to be the clearest,easiest, and most comprehensive insurance portal I have ever used. Ive been able to list,record & apply photos to everything I need insurance for and amazingly it also came with the cheapest quote I could find. I hope next year the premium isnt inflated by 25% as my previous insurance companies always seem to do. If they maintain their premiums at a decent level I will cewrtainly renew with them next year.

I didn't like it's all offline. Some of the questions are a little confusing and it would be nice to get to be able to talk to someone to clarify things. Because once I'm signed up, I'm going to be signed up for years. I have been with Aviva for over 10 yrs. Obviously I am hoping a claim will be much simpler, should I have to do that!

I found it all very confusing. I was trying to change some details and I kept going round in circles to get to the finalisation. 2 days. I would rather deal with a person rather than AI generated information. There was no way to ask questions or add other information. Very frustrating.
